LLLC Incentives for Existing Buildings

  • Puget Sound Energy
    • Incentive of $50 to $100 bonus per fixture in addition to $0.50 per kWh incentive.
  • Seattle City Light
    • Incentive bonus of $75 per fixture with LLLC in addition to $/kWh incentive.
  • Tacoma Power
    • Incentive $70 to $210 per fixture for LLLC networked lighting controls (General Luminaire Style: offices, schools, medical).
    • Incentive of $150 to $620 per fixture for LLLC networked lighting controls (High Bay Style: warehouses, gyms, industrial).
  • Bonneville Power Administration Public Utilities: Numerous public utilities throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
    • Incentive of $70 to $210 per fixture with LLLC networked lighting controls (General Luminaire Style: offices, schools, medical).
    • Incentive of $150 to $620 per fixture with LLLC networked lighting controls (High Bay Style - warehouses, gyms, industrial).
  • Idaho Power
    • Incentive up to $0.31 per kWh (for interior or exterior) for a new fixture or retrofit kits with networked lighting controls.
  • Energy Trust of Oregon
    • Incentive of $80-$190 per general LED interior fixture with LLLC. $175-$355 for LED High Bay with LLLC and $100-$625 for exterior LEDs with LLLC. Incentives require a minimum 40% wattage savings.
  • Pacific Power in Washington:
    • LLLC Incentive of $0.10-$0.38 per kWh (depending on interior or exterior, new fixture or retrofit kit).
  • Snohomish PUD
  • Avista
    • LLLC incentive of $150 per interior fixture and $85 for exterior.
  • Chelan PUD
    • $60 to $200 per fixture for LLLC networked lighting controls (General Luminaire Style: offices, schools, medical).
    • Incentive of $140 to $600 per fixture for LLLC networked lighting controls (High Bay Style: warehouses, gyms, industrial).

LLLC Incentives for New Construction

  • Puget Sound Energy
    • Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) lighting power allowance (LPA) is the baseline for energy savings. Application review by PSE is required to determine final incentive.
  • Tacoma Power
    • Incentive of $0.20 cents per kWh saved. Design Team incentives may be available, contact Tacoma Power for information.
  • Bonneville Power Administration Public Utilities: Numerous public utilities throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington
    • Incentive of $0.13 per kWh saved for new construction.
  • Idaho Power
    • Incentive of $0.26 per kWh (for interior) or $0.20 per kWh (for exterior) for a new LED fixture with LLLC.
  • Energy Trust of Oregon
    • Incentive up to $0.25/kWh for LED fixtures with networked lighting controls.
  • Pacific Power in Washington
    • LLLC Incentive of $1.20 per Watt controlled. Lighting equipment that exceeds the applicable version of the state energy code is eligible for incentives.
